Common questions
How does access to the Academy work?
Request access with your details and an invoice showing a Prodermis purchase, then confirm your email address. Your distributor or Prodermis checks the invoice by hand. Once you are approved, we email you an invitation to choose your password, and your access lasts 12 months.
A link in one of our emails has expired
The link to confirm your email address works once and expires after 24 hours. The invitation to choose your password expires after 7 days. If a link has expired, please contact us using the details on this page and we will help you continue.
I have forgotten my password
Use the forgotten password page and we will email you a link to choose a new one. The link works once and expires after a short time.
How do I renew my access?
Access lasts 12 months from approval. From 30 days before it ends, you can request a renewal from My account with a recent invoice showing a Prodermis purchase. If you renew early, the new 12 months begin when your current access ends, so no time is lost.
Can I use my account on more than one device?
Yes, but only one at a time: logging in on a new device signs you out of the previous one. Your account is personal and must not be shared.
Why can I not see a particular video?
Some training is only available in certain countries, because products are approved differently from one market to another. What you see depends on the country you registered with and, for some videos, the country you are watching from. If the country on your account is wrong, please contact us.
Do I need an authenticator app to log in?
No. Doctors log in with their email address and password. Two-step login with an authenticator app is required only for Prodermis staff and distributor teams, who can see doctors’ details.
